VINIFICATION
The grapes for our Moscato d’Asti are meticulously selected from the finest vineyards located in the Asti DOCG area. Once pressed, the extracted juice is stored and fermented in pressurized stainless steel tanks. The sugars in the juice are partially transformed into alcohol (approx. 90 g/L), slowly developing the wine’s natural sweetness.
