Veuve Clicquot 75cl

The Brut Rosé from Veuve Clicquot is a blend of 50 to 60 different vintages. Its structure is based on the traditional style of Brut Carte Jaune, the benchmark of the Veuve Clicquot house.

This cuvée includes 50 to 55% Pinot Noir, 15 to 20% Pinot Meunier, and 28 to 33% Chardonnay, including a significant portion of reserve wines (25 to 35%) from several harvests (5 to 6 in medium) and giving champagne all its character.

This blend is completed by 12% red wines from various Champagne vintages, which give this cuvée a soft pink color.

On the nose, it is a generous and fine champagne, marked by aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry and cherry, then evolving notes of dried fruits (almond, apricot) and biscuit.
