Vanilla and scents of hot pastry wonderfully complement the floral notes of vine blossom and linden. The second nose is abundant with sumptuous notes of candied orange, apple, plum, oak and toast.
In mouth:
Well balanced structure, round and silky. Rich and complex with notes of toasted almonds and candied fruit (orange, apple, pear) ending with notes of warm pastry and melted oak.
Associations:
Cognac A de Fussigny Supérieur is to be enjoyed dry or with ice cubes and goes wonderfully with chocolate and caramelized desserts as well as light cigars.
