A pioneer in the rosé champagne maceration category, Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé is the emblematic cuvée of the House. Its aromatic richness, its notes of red fruits and its freshness allow it to accompany exotic cuisines and desserts. Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims. This rosé champagne is the result of a very technical production method: maceration. Once harvested, the grapes are destemmed and then placed in a maceration tank. In this vat, the juice macerates with the skins of the grapes for between 48 and 72 hours to bring out the aromatic expression of the best Pinot Noir vintages. Then the juice will be drained (separated from the skins), fermented and vinified in a separate tank. It is a delicate operation which requires precision and patience. The color of Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé evolves naturally from a pretty raspberry hue to salmon undertones.
