TASTING NOTES:

• Color: light amber color with golden and red flashes.
• Odor: aromatic notes of caramel, candied fruit, vanilla, nuts, cinnamon, licorice, herbs, cocoa, coffee, toasted wood.
• Taste: Taste sweet and sour with acid touches. It has an oily texture to the palate and reminiscent of toasted wood.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: This whiskey is made from malted cereals distillation of rye. The distillation is carried out in vertical stainless steel stills at high temperatures. After the initial process, whiskey is aged in oak barrels where previously one was aged bourbon. The whiskey is aged for 6 months, stabilized and bottled. This whiskey should be eaten alone or with ice to enjoy its aromatic properties and flavor. It can also be mixed with liqueurs, syrups or fruits to create signature cocktails.
