From a hogshead type sherry cask, this raw version of Glen ord cask is signed Signatory Vintage. Its very fruity style, on citrus fruits (tangerine, orange), pear and exotic fruits (pineapple) quickly breaks with the classic 12-year-old version particularly marked by vanilla and cream. The sherry is certainly present but still restrained on the raisins, sultanas and dried fruits. A touch of honey and caramel.
