Wine presentation
To develop this cuvée de Saint-Estèphe, Jean and Christophe Anney, owners of Château Tour des Termes, vinify fifteen hectares of vines which occupy a double terroir, with two thirds of gravely gravel and rich in silica, and one third of clay soils. limestones. Alongside the Merlot, which represents more than half of the grape variety, you will find 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot.

After manual harvesting, the vinification is parceled and thermoregulated, in stainless steel vats, before aging for 15 months in French oak barrels with a small half of new wood.

The result is a wine that perfectly reflects its terroir and its grape varieties, with roundness, power, finesse and lots of fruit. Good vintages can be kept for 15 years or more in the cellar. Bernard Burtschy also liked the 2009, 2010 and 2011, respectively for their texture, their balance and their length.
