Ayala Brut Majeur 75cl

The Brut Majeur from the Ayala house is an elegant and fine champagne, which offers a delicate fruity touch. This is a cuvée with fine bubbles and a golden robe. On the nose we discover notes of yellow fruits, and a tangy touch. On the palate, Brut Majeur Ayala offers a light attack. The wine is precise, precisely dosed, without acidity, but with a slight minerality which gives it an airy appearance.

This is a champagne that will be perfect for an aperitif, but can also accompany crustaceans, scallops or fish.

Made from the best terroirs of Champagne, vines classified Grand Cru and Premier Cru, it combines 45% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Meunier. It is a blend which is completed by 20% reserve wines and which has aged for nearly 3 years in the cellar.
