Appleton Estate Rare Blend has spent a minimum of 12 years in oak barrels under the expert gaze of Joy Spence, Master Blender of the brand and a very rare female figure in this industry.

This Jamaican rum has a beautiful aromatic richness while remaining accessible to novices. The signature of this spirit lies in its notes of orange and oak. The structure of this rum allows you to taste it pure or with an ice cube.
Color
The color of this Appleton is a beautiful amber with copper highlights.

Nose
The first rich nose is dominated by aromas of orange zest and nuts. After aeration, the fresh scents of fruit (peach) mingle with the smoothness of those of maple syrup, sprinkled with fine hints of vanilla and oak.

Mouth
During the tasting, Appleton 12 years old reveals a beautiful personality, showing both sweetness and character. Dominated by notes of honey, oak, toasted almonds and vanilla. The orange zest on the nose is also found in the mouth.

Final
The finish shows a good length dominated by the elegance and sweetness of vanilla.
